With this in mind the course has been designed to provide students with the underpinning knowledge required to work effectively as a member of airline cabin crew and provide the tools needed to deliver the highest level of standard and service to satisfy even the most difficult passenger. Cabin Crew Courses

Professional, well trained cabin crew are essential to the success of the airline industry. Airlines place great emphasis on finding the right people with the right skills. The NCFE Level 2 Certificate prepares delegates for entry to the airline industry and the qualification has been endorsed by bmi, and Monarch Airlines who offer guaranteed interview for all delegates who successfully complete the course and meet the minimum criteria. The course is inclusive of a practical training session with a major UK airline.

Wedding Planning

This two day course is ideal for anyone looking to work within the wedding planning industry, either for themselves or as an employee. The course is also suitable for those planning their own wedding or civil partnerships that are looking to create a memorable event. The course has been designed in conjunction with our sister company Le Réve wedding and event management with input from marriage registrars and industry professionals.

Airport Operations

This qualification prepares delegates for a rewarding career within the aviation industry focusing on airport ground operations. During the course delegates will develop an understanding of the generic skills, knowledge and duties required to work in an airport environment across a number of roles, both landside and airside. The qualification is also suitable for those looking to enhance their knowledge of the travel and tourism sector.

Resort Representatives

This qualification provides a realistic introduction into the role of resort representative. Children’s representative. The qualification has been endorsed by Thomas Cook who have offered a guaranteed interview to those that have successfully completed the qualification and meet the minimum recruitment criteria.

Customer Service Skills

Our Level 2 qualification focuses on customer service and the skills required to deliver excellent customer service across the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industries. Delegates will specifically look at welcoming customers, meeting the requirements and specific needs of customers, dealing with overseas visitors and different types of communication methods.

Conference & Events Courses

Ventura offers two event related courses. The first is a one introductory course and the second is a level 2 certificate in event planning. Conference and Events is a competitive industry when it comes to finding employment and any training undertaken will assist you when trying to get your first job, or even setting up your own conference and events company. Both courses are also beneficial to PA’s and Marketing Co-ordinators who provide support on conference and event production.

Ventura Training is located at CEME Conference & Events Centre is just off the A13, approximately 2 miles from Junction 30 of the M25. Free on-site parking is available for all delegates. CEME Conference & Events Centre can also be accessed from Dagenham Heathway on the District Line and a short bus ride directly into the Conference Centre Campus.
