Due to continued expansion and increased market share, our client who are a well established Independent Business Travel Management Agency are now looking to employ a 1st Line Support Analyst.
Reporting to the Group Head of IT working within a team across multiple sites, this role encompasses all of the requirements of maintaining, supporting and developing internal/external applications.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a balance between a supportive role by responding to customer requests within SLA, and a proactive role by ensuring that the organisation maintains a competitive advantage in the market.
