THE JOB:
*Developing and sourcing new channels of business to include sectors such as; travel management companies, serviced apartment booking agents, global brands, investment banks, international law firms, IT consultants, consulting firms, oil and gas, relocation agents, and insurers.
*New business development - researching new business opportunities to bring on to the brand. Meeting and presenting products and services to prospective new clients, face to face and over the phone.
*Work towards sales targets
*To maintain a good relationship with clients
*To review sales figures with key clients
*Identify gaps in the market to increase sales


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Previous Business Development experience for a hotel
*Extensive knowledge of the hotel and apartment industry
*Proven experience of closing high nett worth deals
*A knowledge of potential clients would be an advantage
