Our client a dynamic and rapidly growing business is looking for an experienced Account Coordinator to join their established team. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
" Create excellent working relationships with client, depots, internal contacts and team members.
" Ensure compliance with all Company policies
" Creating and generating analyses reports in line with customer contract e.g. strike rate, stock availability, N/A reports, order fulfilment, non trading units, Stock management & slow moving, credit reports, cash adds and rebates.
" Creating monthly client review pack and ensuring accurate data and issued within agreed timelines.
" Maintaining and generating monthly and weekly customer specific reports and management of adhoc reports as required.
" Attend customer meetings where requested to develop and build excellent working relationships
" Carry out proactive contract maintenance on all accounts.
" Active involvement in contract/business reviews covering service performance, own brand activities, product blocking, financial reviews, product rebates
" Taking competent meeting minutes and onward management of actions.
" Effectively manage product changes with the implementation of new listings to the agreed timelines. In addition effectively manage out stocks of discontinued / zero selling lines. Manage recovery of storage & write off costs as required.
" Effectively manage communication and implementation of route changes
" Effectively handle customer issue resolution
" Maintain accurate product buying lists and customer brand details within the system for all accounts
" Effectively manage product recall in line with company process and customer requirements.
" Manage new account openings / closed accounts procedures
" Participate in relevant pre set up / project meetings
" Implementation of contract creation and maintenance
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
" Customer facing
" Educated to G.C.S.E. level standard or equivalent desired, but not essential
" Competent systems business user (Word, Excel, Power Point) In particular Excel with intermediate formula knowledge.
" Interpersonal, problem solving, communication and organisation skills
" Experience in a fast moving environment.
" Good team player.
" Attention to detail
" Full UK driving license
" Account handling experience
