The ideal candidate for the role of Account Development Manager will be personable and commercial, able to handle people in all situations. A proven track record in managing a portfolio of clients is key, as is experience within the retail travel industry. As Account Development Manager you will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, both in a written and verbal medium. Knowledge of XML and IT platforms will also be expected, as will a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. As an individual you will be confident, committed to exceeding targets, extremely motivated and an excellent organiser.
