A well-established Leisure/Business Travel & Events company based out in Kent are look for an Account Manager to join their Corporate Travel department.
Main Purpose of the role:
Work alongside the fellow Account Manager to manage, maintain and develop partnerships across the corporate client base ensuring that client retention is a priority through the provision of excellent service and issue resolution.
Identify growth opportunities to increase revenue streams aligned to our business goals and production of Management Information for both clients and for pro-active internal management.
*Develop and agree quarterly business plans, KPI's and metrics with agreed objectives.
*Deliver client KPI's - ensuring these are measured and tracked
*Maintain regular contact, being pro-active, anticipating client needs and demonstrate high levels of customer service
*Compile and provide MI reporting monthly and quarterly as required
*Undertake client reviews, delivering strategic recommendations in a commentary format
*Proactively keep the client aware of any changes in the travel industry that could affect their business model
*Deliver best practice and efficiencies
*Consult on clients Duty of Care practices
*Identify new opportunities and projects
*Analyse prospect clients' management information to determine prospects profitability potential
*Cross sell our MICE and Leisure products
*Be an amazing networker by attending client specific exhibitions and other promotional and networking events
*Represent the company professionally and credibly at all times
Support the overall efficiency of the business by:
*Ensuring detailed profiles are developed for each client and opportunities or risks are appropriately escalated
*Preparing reports and feedback to Senior Management Team
*Provide analysis of Business Travel trends, along with competitor analysis
*Measuring client effectiveness and collation of client feedback to form account plans for communication internally
Skills & Experience:
*Minimum 3 years TMC Account Management representation
*Excellent communication and presentation skills with personable and professional presence and ability to influence at all levels
*Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
*Ability to work autonomously
*Strong face to face negotiation skills
*Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
*Ambitious individual who has a passion for the success and travel
*Good organisational and planning skills and the ability to multi-task
*The ability to work under pressure, unsupervised and to strict deadlines
*Highly analytical with excellent numeracy skills
