Accounts Executive – German Speaking
The main focus of this role is to be responsible for the growth of the company’s current customers and to convert opportunities created by the sales team.
You will develop relations and become the main point of contact of the companies existing and future clients.
You will also be responsible for the quoting and converting of ad-hoc group bookings.
·Provide correct product and prices within the client’s deadlines
·Ensure you have up to date knowledge of the industry, including company competitors
·Be strategically minded and know how you can grow the companies client base
·Ensure the delivery of your key targets, which includes providing quotes in a timely manner and hitting your conversion target
·Be commercially aware to help maximise returns
·Visit clients both abroad and within the UK as and when needed
·Arrange and attend client FAM and inspection trips
·Create promotions and special offers
·Help out with the product and customer delivery teams as and when required
·Support your colleagues
·Ensure you are constantly aware of new products
·Fluent German speaker
·High level of customer service
·Accurate with a high attention to detail
·Ability to use your own initiate and make sure own decisions
·Sales experience within a Tour Operator or Travel Agency
