Part Time Admin Assistant - Travel Sector, £18k, London

Our client is a leading Business Travel Management Agency located in Brighton. They are looking for an Part Time Administration Consultant who ideally has had experience working in travel and wants to make a move in to the Business Travel Sector. 

The responsibilities of the Part Time Admin Assistant - Travel Sector are as follows:

• Support the business travel consultants with producing travel itineraries
• Despatching tickets
• Loading details of hotel commissions on to system and chasing payments
• Reconciling hotel bill back payments
• Answering the telephone to clients
• Supporting the director with ad hoc duties
• Using GDS system to check clients bookings when they call

The skills required for the Part Time Admin Assistant role is as follows;

• Ideally 1 years’ experience working within the travel industry
• Good enthusiasm with good communication skills
• Able to multi task and work quickly
• Keen to learn and progress

This is an excellent opportunity to move into the Business Travel sector and start a new career and work in a reduced capacity
