A leading luxury Travel Company in Greater Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced Admin Manager to oversee a small admin team . We are ideally seeking a candidate from Retail Travel or Tour Operations background, with excellent attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines and people management experience. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Actively coach and lead your team by positive example, and carry out designated tasks as requested by your Reservation manager - Assist your team with any queries they have on a day to day basis - To be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to other departments and external customers at all times as an example to other team members - Forward planning of the workflow of the team to ensure that all forthcoming deadlines are met taking into account seasonality of workload and the on-going demands of customer requirements - Ensure the timely dispatch of all travel documents - Provide a comprehensive 'concierge service' to the reservations teams
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: We are ideally looking for someone with people managements skills combined with a travel operations background and exceptional customer service skills. You will have the ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing.
THE PACAKGE: Salary is very competitive and will be dependent on experience.
