Our client is fast growing specialist tour operator in Surrey and they looking for an experienced operations & admin executive to join their team.

As an Admin & Operations Assistant, you will support the business with back office administration. The role is a varied one, but involves confirmation of bookings, invoicing, sending out final documentation and tickets, and requesting rates from our suppliers.

The Job:

⦁Have a keen eye for detail and be able to adapt to a wide variety of tasks
⦁Be proficient on computers and software including Microsoft Office
⦁Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
⦁Be acutely aware of the need to pay extra attention to the finer details of a booking
⦁Work alongside the Admin and Sales Support Team as well as our Travel Specialists and adapt to their individual needs
⦁Consistently support in the delivery of revenue and profit targets
⦁Deliver exceptional customer care through genuine relationship management and your desire to exceed clients' needs
⦁Investigate and respond to customer queries and feedback
⦁A total commitment to customer service

The Package:
My client is offering a competitive salary package from £18,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience.
