Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Providing an administrative support to the sales team
  • Assisting with the booking of trips
  • Sending out brochures and liaising with customers on feedback
  • Selling our clients trips over the phone and via email
  • Liaising with the trade and general public
  • Offering outstanding customer service

  • Admin or sales support experience
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual
  • Highly organised
  • Strong communication skills

You may currently be working with an administration or sales support focused role and looking for a new challenge. You will have a genuine passion for travel and ideally have gained experience working for a travel related business.
