Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Assists the Regional Manager in all phases of implementing administrative policies and procedures; coordinates and carries out carefully all payment and Customer care related issues; coordinates, compiles, carry out and help monitor capital and operating budgets, compiles monthly activity report, goals and action plan and cost control along with their quarterly implementation status; follow-ups suggestion evaluation, and also responsible for all employee benefit issues of the region; records various kinds of dictated or other matters in short hand; compiles and types standard to complex reports with great accuracy, screens visitors, schedules appointments etc.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and expertise:

  • Excellent proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good numeracy skills, including high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and basic proficiency in Microsoft Access.
  • Minimum 1 year Airline or 2 year Travel related Job Experience
  • Good level of GDS understanding
  • Excellent proficiency with electronic file management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Competent telephone manner with clear and precise communication skills;
  • Typing speed 50 wpm.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and carry out tasks in an orderly and well-structured way.
  • Confidentiality, discretion and professionalism.
