Administration Assistant - Business Travel, Surrey, upto £25k

Our client is an independent Business Travel Management agency and due to an internal promotion they have a position for a Business Travel Administration Assistant.

The responsibility required for the Administration Assistant - Business Travel are:

  • General office assistance to all consultants in addition to myself
  • Admin (filing, supply ordering, invoice payments)
  • Booking Hotels, car, and train tickets using a GDS system
  • Organising and chasing hotel Bill-back payments
  • Credit-card / Air Plus report reconciliation
  • Answer calls and take messages
  • Perform other adhoc duties

The skills needed for the Administration Assistant - Business Travel are:

  • Previous travel industry experience
  • Experience of using a GDS preferable but not essential
  • confident in using the telephone, and liaising with suppliers
  • Organised, with good attention to detail
  • Computer literate

This position would also suit a IT literate Administrator who is techno savy and keen to move into the Business Travel Sector.
