Adventure Travel Consultant – Up to £23k (OTE £30k) – North London

 

Our Travel client is looking for an Adventure Travel Consultant to join their award-winning team that specialise in bucket-list adventure travel, who have achieved a fantastic reputation for their product and approach to ethical travel.  As the Adventure Travel Consultant, you will have the ability to inspire, motivate and engage with adventure travellers to take part in incredible adventures around the world.

 

Adventure Travel Consultant – What will you do?

  • Facilitate sales and achieve & exceed set sales targets
  • Reply to all travel enquiries in a prompt and personalised manner with the aim of converting individuals and small groups into confirmed bookings
  • Help maximise sales and create growth across new and existing charity and corporate organisations through lead generation
  • Produce proposals for small groups in line with brand guidelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships within our industry and with our suppliers
  • Enhance reputation by taking ownership of generating your reputation as an industry expert and adding value to all client interactions
  • Responsible for responding to and processing all pre-and post-sale enquiries including cancellations, changes of expedition and late bookings including accurate data processing
  • Updating the website with any bookings and insurance related information ensuring all details are correct and accurately displayed at all times
  • Ensure all product is setup on the website accurately with inspiring dialogue and highlighting USP’s

 

The successful Adventure Travel Consultant will have a proven sales record in travel sales, be passionate about adventure travel, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and support to both corporate organisations and individuals.  As Adventure Travel Consultant, you will have excellent communication and people skills, attention to detail and be a positive and energetic person who is confident in speaking to people in an inspirational and personalised way.
