A leading specialist Adventure Travel Tour Operator is looking for an Africa Tailor Made Reservation Consultant to join their busy team.

As an Africa Tailor Made Reservation Consultant you will be responsible for planning tailor-made itineraries to places such as Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, Botswana and Namibia booking multi centre holidays that will involve Safari’s with Beach or City Breaks.
You will provide advice on the different destinations and landscapes that suits your clients and the typical wildlife they will encounter
You will understand their budget and propose an itinerary accordingly.
You also will be responsible for maintaining the product database, updating and creating product descriptions and pro-actively promote additional services in order to maximise additional revenue.  

The skills required for the Africa Tailor Made Reservations Consultant are:

• Previous experience in booking safari holidays
• First-hand knowledge of countries in Africa
• Excellent customer service
• The role is ideal for someone with a positive and “can do” attitude, with excellent communication / interpersonal skills and has the ability to work on one’s own initiative as well as being a good team player.
