THE JOB: As the Team Leader of the Out of Hours Business Travel Team, you will be the first point of contact for all out of hour's homeworking team as well as having a hands on approach.
You will also be responsible for handling some of the calls coming through from a range of corporate account clients who need emergency assistance with travel arrangements beyond the normal office opening hours.
Duties will include: *Managing the team rota effectively in line with business requirements including peak hours, breaks and holiday cover. *Providing operational 'problem solving' support to after hours employees on shift. *Ensure all company admin concerning bookings and clients is fully actioned quickly, accurately and efficiently. *Analyse data to determine operational effectiveness and areas for improvement. *Alongside the operations manager setting KPI targets for individuals and completing monthly and quarterly reviews. *Handling client travel requests via telephone,
