My client, an independent Travel Management Company based in Central London are seeking a Team Leader for their After Hours Business Travel Homeworker Team!
As the Team Leader of the Out of Hours Business Travel Team, you will be the first point of contact for all out of hour's homeworking team as well as having a hands on approach.
You will also be responsible for handling some of the calls coming through from a range of corporate account clients who need emergency assistance with travel arrangements beyond the normal office opening hours.
Duties will include:
*Managing the team rota effectively in line with business requirements including peak hours, breaks and holiday cover.
*Providing operational 'problem solving' support to after hours employees on shift.
*Ensure all company admin concerning bookings and clients is fully actioned quickly, accurately and efficiently.
*Analyse data to determine operational effectiveness and areas for improvement.
*Alongside the operations manager setting KPI targets for individuals and completing monthly and quarterly reviews.
*Handling client travel requests via telephone,
