A leading travel agency are looking for an After-Sales Administration Assistant.  Working for a specialist travel agency you will, as the After-sales Administration Assistant be key in the company’s aim to provide a full and complete service that helps set them apart from their competition.

 

As After-sales Administration Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer service to the highest of standards and keeping all files up to date
  • Ensuring that invoices from suppliers are received in a timely fashion.
  • Checking that supplier invoices and all other documents are correct and taking necessary measures if they are not
  • Sending invoices copies and other documents to customers in a timely manner
  • Taking payments and contacting clients if necessary to remind them of due balances.
  • Making changes to bookings, including cancellations and offering additional services where possible helping to provide service

 

The successful after-sales administration assistant will have experience of working in the travel industry, and will possess a high level of attention to detail and pride in accuracy.  You will have excellent communication skills and be well orgainsed helping you to deliver an excellent customer service.
