After Sales and Operations Manager: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury ski company based in Central London. You will be looking after all post sales enqiries and providing full support to the sales team. Salary up to £30,000 plus benefits, Mon - Fri 9 til 5.30.

After Sales and Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing ticketing queues, amendments and cancellations
  • Liaising with sales team to make sure all bookings and itineraries are correct
  • Checking tour operator booking, client confirmations and customer invoices
  • Hotel contract administration
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure all pre and post departure correspondence is sent in-line with weekly schedule
  • Manage transfer companies and short break transfer programme
  • Manage KPIs for ancillary sales
  • Ensuring all clients are notified of their upcoming balance and chase any outstanding payments.
  • Responsible for health & safety programme.
  • Dealing with client complaints and feedback, fully investigating and escalating where necessary.


After Sales and Operations Manager Skills Required:

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Preferably a good knowledge of Galileo but will consider other GDS's
  • A background in tailor made travel or Ski
  • Computer literate in excel with good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • French, German or Italian would be advantageous
     

After Sales and Operations Manager Package Details:

  • Paying up to £30,000 for the right candidate, depending on experience
  • Starting ASAP
