Ski Customer Service Specialist

Our client is a well established tailor-made Ski Specialist who orchestrates exceptional, bespoke ski trips. The company are seeking a Ski Customer Service Specialist to join their customer service team.

The responsibilities of the Ski Customer Service Specialist are as follows:

  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm all booking components
  • Organising and distribution of clients/agent documents
  • Assisting clients with aftersales/ customer service queries including booking amendments and balance payments
  • Coordinating with overseas teams and suppliers to ensure a seamless overseas service for our clients
  • Supporting the inventory of accommodation, transfers and ski extras
  • Loading of contractual agreements and special offers

The skills required of the Ski Customer Service Specialist are as follows:

  • Ideally previous customer service experience
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Sound computer literacy – Amadeus a bonus
