Agency Sales Manager – North and Scotland
Field and Based
Basic salary £30,000 to £40,000 + Car allowance + Bonuses and excellent benefits
My client is a leading luxury high end tour operator dealing with discerning clients.
They are now recruiting for an Agency Sales Manager focusing on their niche travel product working with travel trade agents in the North and Scotland region of the UK.
The objective is to increase revenue and opportunities from a range of travel agent accounts, were relationship management is crucial.
The successful applicant is likely to have previous experience and background in field based travel agency sales preferably within the luxury sector.
Agency Sales Manager Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and develop significant levels of business with key travel agency partners within North of England and Scotland
Develop specialist business from key retail and online agents in the territory
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Provide agent training, roadshows and seminars throughout your territory
Agency Sales Manager Experience and Attributes
Previous field sales experience within the travel industry preferably within the luxury sector
Results driven and keen to achieve beyond the required
Be self motivated
Good relationship management skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Demonstrate good business acumen and ability to identify new opportunities
Diving licence essential
Agency Sales Manager Remuneration and Benefits
Highly Competitive Base Salary of £30,000 - £40,000+ Bonuses
Car allowance of £6,000 per annum
