Travel Agency Sales Support Executive (Administration) – SW London – Up to £22k


A Travel Agency Sales Support Executive is required to provide administration support to the Agency Sales team for a world class luxury travel cruise liner who have a reputation for being trendsetters in this ever growing cruise sector of the Travel Industry.  As Travel Agency Sales Support Executive (Administration) you will support the department in the planning and implementation of tactical and strategic travel/cruise related goals.

As Travel Agency Sales Support Executive (Administration) you will be:


  • Primary contact point within cruise Travel Agency Sales - create a positive perception to travel partners by providing excellent service, sufficient education and consistent communication
  • Representative for new cruise travel agent accounts – handling queries, communicating offers and campaigns, identifying those with sufficient revenue for further individual support
  • Principal responsibility for Sales Director diary management
  • Responsible for administration generated by cruise travel agent partners
  • Owner of MICE department in UK Sales –targeted communication and co-ordinating requests
  • Manage and enhance the CRM system across the travel sales team
  • Responsible for Travel Tourist Boards in regards to obtaining sponsorship funds, identifying opportunities to help push destination awareness out to Travel Partners 
  • Assist with New Agency Set Up requests or any Agency updates
  • Coordinate cruise ship visits for Travel Trade and if needed, accompany the group on the day. 
  • Manage any incentives being run by the cruise Sales Team for their Travel Partners


As Travel Agency Sales Support Executive (Administration) you will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence to maximise opportunities, and have the ability to build personal credibility by a way of solid product knowledge, services, procedures and problems solving skills, helping you to adapt quickly and refocus in a dynamic travel environment.  As Travel Agency Sales Support Executive (Administration) you will be a proactive and tenacious self-starter, with strong administration skills with the confidence to manage own tasks, be enthusiastic and passionate with a “can do” attitude, and a hard-working, driven individual with ability to work on own initiative to tight deadlines.  A passion for the cruise and travel industries is an advantage.
