Airline Account Manager, West London, Salary to £35k
This award winning and Skytrax 4-Star Rated Airline is seeking an account manager to drive revenue across the corporate travel market. You'll be innovative with excellent communication skills and extensive experience across corporate travel. The role is primarily office based in West London but will require travel to visit clients throughout the UK. They are offering a salary up to £35k plus annual bonus and benefits.
Airline Account Manager Responsibilities:
Client retention, build and maintain travel trade and corporate partnerships
Work together with TMCs and conduct regular sales calls to travel trade partners and selected corporate firms to boost sales
Preparation and execution of product training
Organize and execute joint marketing campaigns, prepare client marketing material and recommend promotions and incentives
Contribute to Business Development by sourcing new business and identifying new sources of revenue
Prepare regular activity reports for clients, review competitive actions, analyse reports and recommend future initiatives
Support your colleagues in creating commercial agreements and create and maintain the database
Participate in functions, meetings, exhibitions and familiarization trips
Airline Account Manager Requirements:
Experience within corporate travel
Strong TMC knowledge
Ideally airline experience or knowledge of
Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Proven ability to achieve targets
Ability to work well within a team
Strong understanding of airline market dynamics and requirements
