Amadeus Sales Support Executive, London, Salary £22k
We are seeking a confident and and knowledgeable support executive with travel experience and knowledge of Amadeus GDS. This is a Monday to Friday role based in Central London offering a salary to £22k
Amadeus Sales Support Executive Responsibilities:
Checking all bookings at confirmation and final stage
Produce accurate documentation ensuring it is packaged and dispatched on time.
Assisting with telephone calls, taking messages as required.
Updating documentation as and when required
Managing airline queues & ticketing in Amadeus though training provided
Processing refunds and amendments in Amadeus.
Work with the sales person to ensure that contacts are made with the hotel concierge at our preferred hotels.
For VIP clients and clients booking special trips ensure that a bottle of wine and welcome letter is arranged at their first hotel.
Managing office stock levels
Post dispatch, manage courier bookings destined within the UK and overseas.
Amadeus Sales Support Executive Requirements:
Preferably experience of working for a tour operator or agent
Knowledge of Amadeus
Ticketing & airline contracts knowledge
A team player who is also happy to work alone at times on their own initiative.
