You will have gained experience in a similar environment, with high personal standards and be seeking to use your people management skills in your next role. Being a natural leader, you must be able to motivate and develop your team to be the best in a demanding customer focused role.
You must have gained a good command of commercial management skills, including budgeting, costs control, reporting and financial management for your team/department.
The role requires you to be able to work a variety of shifts across the week to meet the needs of the venue and maintain all aspects of guest and staff management.
