The ideal Assistant Call Centre Manager will be experienced in working in a travel call centre and able to motivate a team in high pressured situations. You will also have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the travel sales industry, that includes a supervisory role in a call centre. As Assistant Call Centre Manager will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and a flexibility to adapt.
