Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager Reporting to the C&B manager I am looking for exceptional candidates with experience as either a Hospitality team supervisor or leader. Working 45 hours per week on rota the salary offered is a basic of 18k per annum plus tips , which average an extra 2k per year. Duties will include : Assisting the C&B manager Administering and managing bookings and liaising with Sales, Catering, Operations teams and Guests Attending weekly planning meetings Maintaining Function list and planner Leading and motivating a team Confirming and ordering supplies from internal procurement manager Preparing facilities and ensuring guests requirements are delivered Supervising C&B teams during service. The Ideal candidate will come from a fine dining, 4/5 star hotel , Michelin or Rosette background, be energetic, focused, with excellent customer service skills, an attention to detail and the ability to motivate and inspire.
