Do you have a proven track record at Director of Hospitality or senior hospitality operations level? Would you like to develop your career with multiple event venues at the heart of one of Europe's most vibrant cities?

Where:

Foundation Recruitment is working exclusively with three iconic venues in Manchester to appoint an Assistant Director of Hospitality. These properties are at the heart of the Manchester's thriving event industry, each steeped in their own unique history. With strong transport links to towns and cities across the country and in close proximity to other landmarks and visitor attractions, the venues are popular destinations with local, national and international guests.

What:

* You will ensure the hospitality team meets and exceeds the needs and expectations of the business' client base, delivering consistent, exceptional customer service.
* You will focus on developing business revenues and maximising the financial performance of the hospitality department.
* As a member of the Senior Management team, you will assist with the development and implementation of wider business planning and operational strategies.
* You will manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and work cohesively with the Sales and Events teams as required.
* You will be responsible for compliance with all statutory and legal obligations, ensuring processes and procedures, including risk assessments.

Who:

* You have proven experience as Director of Hospitality or in a senior hospitality operations position, in high volume environments such as arenas, stadia or conference centres.
* You have proven experience managing significant budgets and P&L accounts.
* You have the ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client and guest experience.
* You are a confident communicator with the ability to manage large teams of mixed disciplines and contribute to business planning at a senior level.
