Requiring a blend of research, planning, people skills and intuitive management, this role will take ultimate responsibility of the success of an individual or series of events by making sure that the intellectual content reflects accurately the messaging agreed throughout.

You will be liaison with all integrated service areas covering every aspect of the project from inception, marketing to the final success delivery therefore a keen eye to detail and ability to see the bigger picture are essential. Crucial to the role is the ability to capture the imagination of the target audience whilst ensuring management of relationships and deadlines across the project

ASSISTANT EVENT PRODUCTION MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Event Producer is integral in the early stages of the event process, as you would be very involved in shaping the meeting, and specifically involved in building the agenda, the content of, and the way it could be translated. Both supporting and where applicable, writing the proposal and creating the actual shape and content of the event itself, so meticulous research and planning is central to the role. Working closely with the client project team and senior management to ensure the message is delivered throughout.


ASSISTANT EVENT PRODUCTION MANAGER EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
*Hold a degree in Communication, Creative or Marketing, all aligned to live events and production
*Experience gained in an Event Producer role within an agency environment
*Proven track record within project management and multi discipline coordination, across high end event delivery
*Keen eye for detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines
*Clear understanding of presentation, content support, presenter direction/mentoring, scriptwriting, video production and creative theme development
