Reporting to the General Manager your main responsibility will be to deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times and support the GM on a daily basis, covering in his absence. It is essential that you have previous experience within the Hospitality industry at management level.
Work with the GM to achieve operational targets and ensure the smooth day to day running of the hotel. *
Deliver consistency throughout the premises ensuing high customer satisfaction. *
To develop and maintain the brand values. *
Build strong relationships with HOD's, providing leadership and guidance *
Host regular meeting with HOD's and report your findings *
Monitor and take direct feedback for customer satisfaction *
To ensure compliance with all H&S legislation
The Successful Candidate
3 years experience within a similar role for a high turnover organisation *
Knowledge of fine dining and high volume fast passed environments. *
Experience of managing large teams across multiple departments *
Sound knowledge of F&B *
Understanding of financial's including payroll *
Level 3 or above in food safety or H&S *
High attention to detail *
Excellent communicator *
Confidence with flare and ambitions
