As an Assistant Manager you'll get to move around different types of clubs, so you'll need to be flexible in your approach. (You'll also need to be able to drive and have access to a car). That flexible approach and willingness to tackle all kinds of challenges is all part of fun - and helps you to become a better manager along the way.
