Main responsibilities To ensure that the appropriate quantity, consistency and quality of staff are booked for work at the location. Support the variable payroll processing, support the operational needs of the location. To be an integral part of the recruitment and training plans and activities in the location to ensure world class customer service. The Assistant People Operations Manager needs to be commercially aware and be confident to provide cover in the absence of the POM in the areas of variable payroll to and the day to day operation. The role will require a flexible approach to work, with some weekends and late finishes required in relation to evening games and Christmas parties.
