We are looking for a strong motivated reception supervisor who has a sound understanding of the reception operation within a hotel. The future member of our team will: Be organised and motivated with the ability to lead the team in the absence of the manager.Possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop key relationships with all our guests.Be a strong communicator who can establish strong working relationships with all hotel departments.Assist the reception manager in all aspects of the daily operations of the department.Have experience of working in a similar style property, which is essential to this role, as is an operating knowledge of Fidelio/Opera/ Hotel Executive. Contract Hours: 40, Days Any 5 out of 7, Weekends: Yes, Evenings: Yes, Gratuities/ Service Charge: Not applicable to this role, Holidays: 28 days per annum As a company we offer a range of benefits and opportunities as we believe people are key to our success.
