A contemporary destination restaurant near Liverpool Street Station which is owned by an internationally renowned chef is looking for a driven and passionate individual to join their team as an Assistant Manager. The all-day dining operation is open seven days a week and showcases the chef patron's cutting edge and innovative cuisine. You would be one of three Assistant Restaurant Managers reporting into a General Manager. As an Assistant Manager you would be fully responsible for running a shift whilst on duty, you will ensure that the team is fully briefed before service and more generally well trained and motivated consistently delivering the slick, informed and friendly service experience the restaurant is known for. This is a hands on customer facing role and when on the floor you will be clearly identifiable as the manager dealing with any issues that arise and greeting regular and VIP customers. You would also be responsible for assisting the General Manager with any back of house duties involved in the running of the business. The ideal candidate will have at least one years' experience as an Assistant Manager within a seventy cover plus London restaurant and have a passion for cuisine and the delivery of market leading customer service.
