We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who is as passionate about hospitality as we are, to join the award winning team at The Mount Somerset Hotel & Spa.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective management, control and administration of the Restaurant, to include all lounge areas, Private Dining Rooms and outside seating areas to the specified standards of The Mount Somerset Hotel, adhering to company and statutory regulations. At The Mount it is ALL about our guest, being 100% customer focused with a 'can do' attitude and sense of humour, alongside an eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar accoladed environment is essential.
