You will maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through service and value for money to achieve budgeted financial targets. As Assistant Manager in Hucks you will help lead, motivate and develop the team. This is a hands-on Management role, where you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the operation, including taking orders, serving food and ensuring the team deliver excellent service to every guest. Ideally, you will have previous experience as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor within a fast-paced food and beverage environment. You will be a highly motivated individual, committed to the success of the operation. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week. Hucks is an evening venue so shifts will predominantly be in the evenings with occasional daytime shifts for administration and training. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Experience of working in the hospitality industry or in a similar guest facing position at a supervisory level Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to coach others to achieve objectives Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with and resolve guest issues The ability to work well under pressure and "think on your feet" Closing date: 4 October 2016 Interviews to be held on 13 October 2016
