Australian / New Zealand Sales And Product Executive  up to £25k plus comm central London

Expanding luxury travel company are looking for a tailor made sales and product executive to head up new department

Amazing opportunity to get into product for a tailor made reservations expert who knows Australia and new Zealand well


  • Expected to deliver Sales across the Company’s product range, meeting & exceeding Sales and
  • Margin and KPI targets set on a monthly & quarterly basis.
  • Ensure that all new and previous clients are offered the highest level of customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for managing the whole client experience from initial enquiry to when your clients return home.
  • Use first-hand knowledge of Australia and New Zealand to assist with the development of the destination and to foster strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  • Responsible for management of the customer experience for their own sales, and jointly responsible for sales and product
  • Expected to work continuously to identify improvements in Company processes.
  • Manage own product knowledge through independent research; the remit is to build the oz / nz department from scratch
  • Work closely with Sales Support staff to generate improvements in company processes and to improve efficiency of the quote and sales processes.
  • meeting extent of work in progress on both product management and Sales quotes.
  • Identify and manage customer service levels and client satisfaction, ensuring that complaints are dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner.


  • Responsible for the continued development of Australia / new Zealand and south pacific
  • Contract new properties as required in keeping with company strategy
  • Foster strong supplier relationships with Key Partners and ensuring that the sales team are aware of our key partners and selling our preferred partners as a priority.
  • Directly responsible for the contracting of FIT rates, value adds and exclusive offers for your region.
  • Highlight potential revenue generation with key suppliers through sponsored e-shots and targeted over rides with key hotel providers.
  • Responsible for recognising market trends, new destinations and sourcing new suppliers who can provide exclusive “experiential” tailor made trips.
  • Champion Australian / New Zealand and the South pacific  within the marketing department to ensure that product featured on the website is driving quotation through e-shots and all social media platforms.
  • Responsible for training and continual development of these destinations .
  • Quality manage the accommodation selection and where appropriate visit or arrange quality checks
  • Assist with the design, content sourcing, copywriting and production of all sales materials both print and electronic.
  • Manage and maintain the company's product content and image library.
  • Help to maintain and update the company web site ensuring that all product and pricing is loaded accurately.
  • Take responsibility for product pricing and margin management to ensure sales targets and profit budgets are achieved.
  • Support the Sales Director as and when required
  • Coordinate training and familiarisations for the company's sales force and if appropriate for 3rd party distribution offering on-going product and destination knowledge support.
  • Provide assistance in organising and operating marketing and promotional activities, where appropriate providing representation at events.
  • Attendance at product and marketing events as required.
