Banqueting and Restaurant Manager based near to Shepton Mallet with salaries within in region of 28-30k. An award winning Hotel with an enviable reputation are seeking a Banqueting and Restaurant Manager to oversee the restaurant. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the restaurant and the busy banqueting season.
You will have previous experience working in 3-5 star hotels with and experience of event management. It is essential you have knowledge of fine dining.
* Lead and direct the restaurant team * Rota's * Monitor budgets, cost and payroll * Training, recruitment, performance reviews * Revenue streams and expenses * Cover for duty manager when required * Set KPI and objects for yourself and the team * Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels * You will have * 3-5 Star experience * Fine dining knowledge at Rosette level * F&B experience but not essential * Events management knowledge * Highly organised * Forward thinker * Excellent communication skills * Be able to lead a team by example
