From greeting guests and taking orders to food and drink service, you will be the first point of contact for all our guests. You will welcome guests in a positive, friendly manner, take their orders and serve the food along with any other items required. As the face of Center Parcs, you will make a great lasting impression and ensure that guests return to us over and over again. With your friendly personality and excellent customer care skills, you will ensure the guests' requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations. You will also ensure the cleanliness of the coffeehouse area is maintained to a high standard and ensure that all company and legal requirements are met at all times. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 32 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week. Shifts are on a rota basis which will include weekends, weekdays and some public/bank holidays. ABOUT YOU Desirable requirements: Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within a Food and Beverage environment NVQ Level 2 in Food Service or equivalent qualification Closing date: 27 September 2016 at 12 Noon
