Responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining the company's reputation and ethos. Ensure smooth running of variety of coordinated activities within your designated outlet. You are responsible for the business performance of your outlet, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety of our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Taking responsibility for the business performance of your designated outlet Analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales Setting budgets and/or agreeing them with Management team
Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts Managing staff and providing them with feedback Responding to customer complaints Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards Meeting and greeting customers and organizing advanced orders Recruiting, training and motivating staff
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and healthy and safety Checking stock levels and ordering supplies through GRAB's centralized system Maintain food stocks to an optimum level, such that stock is neither excessive nor unavailable to customers. Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required Helping in any other areas of the restaurant when circumstances dictate Accepting ownership of the store by acting as first point of contact for all store-related emergencies
