Responsibilities;

·        Responsible for managing the Marketing Executive and their delivery of Park POS, Park support and mini projects

·       Support and delivery of quarterly marketing plans

·       Direct Mail production and execution ensuring we consistently deliver effective targeted campaigns

·       Work closely with the digital team and social media/content manager to ensure aligned cross channel communications

·       Management of PR agency Loudbird

·       Manage & implement any 3rd party campaigns i.e. Holiday Pirates, Price is Wight etc.

·       Support the Head of Sales & Marketing on annual Brand Plans

 

Key Skills/Experience;

  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent numerical skills 
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to motivate others within the team
  • Creative ability and the energy and enthusiasm to deal with fast paced campaigns
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Self-confidence to sell ideas to the wider team and in briefing agencies
  • Some travel required to Parks – ad hoc

Qualifications;

·         At least 2 years marketing experience at this level

·         Professional marketing qualification would be an advantage
