This busy destination Brasserie boasts a great menu, unrivaled views and activities for all. The brasserie is a part of a water sports centre where the business can be busy during the day and evening. The working hours are 6 days a week during the summer but from November until march you will be working 4 days a week with some extra time off to compensate for the busy summers.
Your main duties as Brasserie Manager will be
.To organise staff rotas and Manage the shifts
.Help devlop menus
.Have table plans ready for service
.Hanage the bookings

As Brasserie manager you will offer the following experience and skills:
.2 years expirence as a supervisor or manager in restaurant and bar operations
.Leading by example
.Hands on within the operation
.Continually seeking to improve sales through excellent service and product knowledge.
The perfect Brasserie manager should have the following skills:
.Excellent customer service skills
.Commercial awareness
.Flexibility
.Good interpersonal skills
.Communication skills
.Problem-solving skills
.Organisational skills
.Teamwork skills

The Brasserie manager will be responsible for training and developing the team, overseeing the busy bar. More-over the right Bar the Brasserie Manager will ensure the department's operation in-line with Profit and loss reports. In return for your experience you be joining an experienced team in a forward thinking hotel. The opportunity to progress within the group and test your skills at a high level.of 27,000.
