BSP Refunds and Admin Assistant , London, 3-6 month contract,

Our client is a leading Business Travel Management agency based in London. They are looking for a BSP refunds and admin assistant to accurately and efficiently raise and process high volumes of invoices, credit notes and refund transactions, so that invoices and credit notes are delivered in a timely manner to clients, thereby improving cash flow into the business. Processing transactions to meet agreed deadlines (e.g. billing within 48 hours and within the current month) and providing reconciliations and general support to the accounts operations team as required.

The responsibilities of the BSP refunds and admin assistant are:

  • Processing refunds in CRS and issuing of Credit Notes.
  • Dealing with Airline ADMs daily (Investigation and processing).
  • Applying for Airline refunds and chasing.

The Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required for the BSP refunds and admin assistant are:

  • Must be good with figures, have good fares knowledge, able to do reconciliations and knowledge of BSP accounting procedures.
  • Thorough refund processing through CRS (Sabre, preferably but not essential)
  • Be able and willing to use own initiative and assist other team members where necessary
  • BA/VS 1 & 2 fares qualification essential.
