Business Administrator – Travel – London – Circa £25k

Business Administratoris required to join a well-established travel operator based in central London. As Business Administrator you will be working for a travel company that offers a contemporary working space in an exciting international environment. As the Business Administratoryou will provide valuable secretarial and administration support to Management teams in the sourcing of exciting European Hotel products. The candidate is expected to have excellent Excel knowledge. 

As the Business Administrator you will:

  • Assist the General Manager in coordinating agendas and appointments
  • Support the General Manager on business flow improvement projects
  • Coordinate between various departments and individual users and IT department on business projects
  • Maintain data bases by collating figures and producing reports
  • Prepare presentations
  • Arranging business travel contracting and managing rates, availability and general terms and conditions with hotels

The Business Administrator has:

  • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of G suite
  • Experience within travel industry or equivalent
  • Analytical and with good administration skills
  • Detail orientated and able to prioritise tasks
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
