Business Development Manager - required for the UK's fastest growing Corporate Travel Company. On targets earnings of 40K+ (basic 25K). As Business Development Manager you will endeavour to expand the company client portfolio. You will achieve this through hard graft and persistence, and also by working closely with your team of Business Travel Consultants in order to sufficiently impress prospective new clients so that they decide to come on board.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Research new companies to approach
Call prospective new clients with confidence and passion.
Know your USP's and be confident handling common objections
Arrange meetings on either a one to one basis or to a group, these will be either on your own or with the allocated Business Travel Consultant
Win new clients and reap the financial rewards!
Business Development Manager Skills and Experience:
Fun, warm and engaging personality
Excellent at developing instant rapport with new people
Confident on the phone, face to face or presenting to a group.
Must be ambitious, driven and very resilient.
Travel Industry experience is a benefit, but not essential
Previously successful candidates have come from backgrounds in Recruitment, Media Sales, Advertising, Travel Sales, and other sales roles.
Business Development Manager Additional Information:
Basic salary 25k plus uncapped commission.
