Business Development Manager - Homebased - Up to £40,000 basic plus uncapped commission OTE £60,000

 

A Business Development Manager is required by a leading independent promotional gifts company that specialise in producing and distributing travel ancillary products globally. They have been operating for over 70 years and are looking to expand in their current market place and into new markets. They are seeking a Business Development Manager that will be pro-active in contacting new companies and selling the relevant products to all travel related business and more! The ideal candidate must be comfortable working autonomously and independently. 

 

The key responsibilities for the Business Development Manager are:

  • Target and generate new leads for new clients
  • Track and monitor all new business using the company CRM
  • Attending various networking events representing the company
  • Maximise all new sales opportunities
  • Bring in revenue from new clients

 

The key skills required for the Business Development Manager are:

  • Must have entrepreneurial spirt and flair
  • A proven track record of generating sales revenue
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Comfortable working towards targets and delivering KPI’s
  • Must own a car and hold a valid driving license
  • Be comfortable working independently
  • Able to travel globally
