Business Development Manager - Business Travel, Up to £32k plus commission, West London

A fantastic independent Travel Management Agency with beautiful offices in West London are looking for a Business Development Manager to assist the sales director in developing new Business and help drive the business forward in 2019.

The responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are:

  • Lead generate and cold call corporate clients from SME's to large corporates
  • Develop relationships with Business Travel Managers, Facilities, Procurement and Senior Executives.
  • Prepare Monthly and Annual sales pipeline
  • Attend travel trade shows and networking events
  • Conduct market research in to different vertical markets
  • Develop and implement pricing schemes for all products and services as well as sales promotion schemes

The skills required for the Business Development Manager are:

  • The Business Travel company are looking for a self-motivated individual who is keen on developing a career within sales
  • A target driven individual who is looking to earn good commission
  • Previous Business Travel/ TMC experience is required
  • Travel industry experience is essential
  • Confident individual who is happy to approach and converse with people at networking events and exhibitions
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Resourceful and able to adapt to different company needs
