Business & First-Class Travel Consultant - Up to £30,000 plus uncapped commissions OTE £45,000 - North West London

A Travel Consultant is required by our client, a well-established independent travel company who pride themselves on offering unrivalled customer service, to book First & Business Class Travel for their VIP Customers. They are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Business & First-Class Travel Consultant to join a vibrant and outgoing sales team. The ideal candidate will have exposure to a business travel environment and have GDS experience.


The key responsibilities for the Business & First-Class Travel Consultant are:

  • Quoting & booking First and Business Class flights to worldwide destinations
  • Handle after sales incoming calls & emails efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  • Managing queues and issuing tickets prior to deadlines
  • Respond timely and professionally to cancellations and booking changes
  • Proactively maintaining corporate client relationships and providing a top-level service.
  • Building new corporate client database
  • Compile offers for the weekly corporate newsletter


The key skills required for the Business & First-Class Travel Consultant are:

  • Ideally one year’s experience in business travel
  • Working knowledge of Nett, ITX and Published fares and understanding of airline contract rules
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Proficiency in a GDS (Worldspan, Amadeus, Galileo)
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English
  • Microsoft office skills
