We are now accelerating our growth in London and Dubai so it is an exciting time to join. We are looking for a Business Support Manager who will be fully responsible for maintaining and updating our operating systems and databases (Mission, Food and Beverage System) and for analysing and interpreting our sales data. Through this data analysis you will have a key role in supporting the business in making decisions that drive sales and improve margins. You will be required to train the restaurant management team members on systems, stock control and complete stock takes, it is therefore essential that you have excellent communication skills, and are able to successfully motivate and influence others.

You will be based in the support office in West Acton, however you will be required to travel to Aubaine restaurants across London.

As a Business Support Manager you will:


Take full ownership for the accuracy of data in both the Mission and the Food and Beverage systems
Analyse sales and margin data, track performance and make recommendation focusing on performance versus budget, prior year and trends. This analysis would include:



Sales mix movement
Margin movement
Average spend movement
Impact of menus
Impact of promotional activity at restaurant and company level
Day part performance



Support the Head of Food on menu development with pricing and margin decisions
Support the Management Team on analysing and planning promotional activity
Maintain integrity and accuracy of the Food and Beverage and the Mission systems to ensure that suppliers, recipes and theoretical margin are correct and tills are up to date at all times
Analyse individual restaurants and stock results to identify opportunities and issues
Train the Restaurant Management teams on stock control and stock management
Complete stock takes in restaurants


What are we looking for in you?


Experience in working in a similar role in a hospitality and retail business
Proven experience in working with Mission and Food and Beverage systems on Fourth Hospitality
Experience in an operation role within a hospitality or retail business
Self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic
Excellent with Excel and the manipulation of spreadsheets
Strong Analytical, organisational and presentation skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
