Covering national accounts, the successful candidate will effectively manage a defined portfolio of diverse clients to ensure customer growth, development and retention. The role requires strong support to clients, depending upon their individual requirements and works across the wider business, in particular Customer Support and Operations. Total client ownership along with retention and developing new business are all key aspects of this role.
A proven track record within an account management position within the Business Travel/TMC, Airline, Hotel/Hospitality sector is essential for the role and in return, our client can offer a competitive salary of up to £40k plus bonus & excellent benefits.
