Business Travel BSP Admin Assistant, London, £comp
Our client who is a High end Business Travel Agency are looking for a BSP Admin Assistant to join their busy Finance department on a temp to perm basis. The Business Travel BSP Admin Assistant duties will be to accurately and efficiently raise and process high volumes of invoices, credit notes and refund transactions so that invoices and credit notes are delivered in a timely manner to clients, thereby improving cash flow into the business. Processing transactions to meet agreed deadlines (e.g. billing within 48 hours and within the current month) and providing reconciliations and general support to the accounts operations team as required.
